Its very good budgeted phone with all configurations.. but sometimes having problem like.not able to do conference call some times.....rest of all ok

Hope the new one doesnt have the same problem. Actually if you look at the battery stats, android os will consume the max. But for other phones it will be the least. The process keeps the system awake even when the phone is idle thus draining out the charge. Hope the new one doesnt have the issue. My opinion will be you better contact flipkart.
