Asus Zenfone 5 Max flaunts Snapdragon 660 on Geekbench

Ivan, 12 March 2018

Asus announced the Zenfone 5 series back at the Mobile World Congress - the range topping Zenfone 5z, the middle ground Zenfone 5 and the midrange Zenfone 5 Lite but there was no mention of a Zenfone 5 Max.

Well, the phone is real, but not ready for announcement just yet. After it got its Wi-Fi certification it's now made an appearance on Geekbench, touting a Snapdragon 660 chipset with 4GB of RAM and Android 8.0 Oreo.

The Geekbench scorecard doesn't reveal much other meaningful information about the Zenfone 5 Max, but we bet more leaks are on the way to fill us in.

notch is not a problem if a software handles it correctly. like not playing videos on side of notch(cropping notch in a video). asus has done a good job at saying we have notch but we won't cut content that's why they use 19:9 display so 18:9 content...
