Asus Zenfone 6 gets the highest selfie camera score on DxOMark

DxOMark has published the Asus Zenfone 6 review and, interestingly, it decided to review the 48MP rotating camera as a selfie unit first. Hopefully DxO will publish its full review of the Zenfone 6's 48MP snapper as a main one soon.

So as a selfie unit the Zenfone 6 tops DxOMark's chart, surpassing the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G as the overall best selfie shooter. The Zenfone 6 manages an overall score of 98 by matching its Galaxy rival's 101 photo score and the achieving the best ever video score of 93.

DxO commended the Zenfone 6' use of the larger 1/2-inch Quad Bayer sensor for selfies, achieving the best texture-to-noise trade-off DxO Labs have seen.

The Zenfone 6 offers excellent detail, great dynamic range and great skin tones.
