Eye impact caused by technology itself mentioned below is not known to me though. Either way, I see good IPS as generally a bit more simple option to have.
It's sometimes hard to find out PWM situation of a device. I've experienced this with notebooks. Amount of models is huge and you need to know specific screen and test for certain model. I wasn't always able to find out. If you know some good sources (datebase) by chance, I'd appreciate to be dropped here. It may be new and helpful to me.

Hopefully Asus guys know what to do and added more than 60Hz, that would be too low in SD865 phone nowadays. (agree with guys here) These here are just unofficial specs though.

I had the ROG 2 tencent version , aside from the crappy speaker + in call volume and camera, the rest were flagship level. It wouldnt hurt if they put ois and eis there though.

Too late man, by the time this phone arrive SD875 phones are coming so better w8. Not worth getting SD865 device in late Q3.

Or has been living in a cave since 2014. Because laptops with PWM are "no buy" since forever and OLED phones has the worst kind of it 200Hz.
Anyway, IPS-people don't want to pay for 865 SOC with a 60Hz screen.

In LED technology, each each pixel or glows differently, causing a lot of excessive strain on your eyes. Your processor and battery is more loaded. LOGICALLY if you are using same apps and websites frequently, IPS LCD is professionally better..

I kinda puzzled by everyone who complained about LCD until I saw iQOO 5 5G and that seems like a better deal if the pricing is true. The saving grace for this phone is the 3.5mm jack and expandable storage for me >_

Yeah having the "3rd" camera as ToF is pretty meh. I find it interesting that GSMArena are speculating there's a 2x optical zoom lens though. Nowhere else have I seen that speculated. The ToF is in the source code but nothing about a 2x optical zoom.
I really hope the 4 circles seen the teaser pic includes the optical zoom. Although it could be the 3 aforementioned cameras + the flash.
