Asus Zenfone AR landing in India next week

Himanshu, 04 July 2017

The Asus Zenfone AR, which offers support for Tango ((Google's AR system) and Daydream (Google's VR platform), will soon be available in India. According to a new report, the device will be launched in the country on July 13 next week.

While the Lenovo Phab2 Pro from last year also offers support for AR, it had no Daydream support. The Zenfone AR is already available in Asus' home country of Taiwan, and is expected to go on sale in the US sometime this month.

Unveiled at this year's CES show, the handset is powered by Snapdragon 821 chipset, and has 8GB of RAM. It sports a 5.7-inch QHD AMOLED display, and features a 23MP main camera. Pricing information for India isn't currently known.

I will opt for a good 15.6 inches laptop that offers excellent features than this fone. What is all the fuss on AR.
