deyyymmm, 11 Oct 2017whats the problem about the screen??? same with my zenfone go sometimes u need to touch the screen harded. and i cant play online games properly coz too laggy.

I've been using this (Asus Zenfone Go ZB551KL) phone for almost 9 months...since then, the problem I currently experiencing with this phone is that it sometimes restart by itself. Why is this happening? Is it normal? Or the phone is in deep trouble?

Can someone help me in my problem?? My phone asus go 5.5 lags and freezes and its hard to touch the touchscreen for example you have to tap the icon many time in order to open, with just one drop accident my phone becames like that. Please can anybody help me!! What shoul I do???

Been using this phone for 1 year ++. The phone is good BUT. biggest problem with Asus ZenFone is their GPS. Around 2 weeks after I bought the phone, GPS died already. Send it back to service centre but unable to fix. The 3rd time it went in for repair only GPS issue solved. But after few months GPS died again until now. Fed up of sending it for repair so use the phone without GPS. As for system, Facebook always crash when high usage (load lots of video). Phone touch function will hang and become unresponsive sometimes when launch a game. (Buttons all working but touch function not working. Need to remove battery to force restart to make it work back. Tried leaving it for at least 15 minutes but still not responding).
Overall, a good phone with condition of no GPS function, Facebook will crash and hang here and there, and when screen hang and not responding, need to remove battery to force restart.

Hai guys , I bought mine last thursday and I have observed that every morning the arrow back option of this phone wont touch for 1hour and half. Did you try this kind of problem? It makes me worry because I just bought this phone for just days

is anyone here who are having this kind of issue as well?..
my phone has been acting strange lately.. there is "Ghost touch" in my phone, the screen is not working properly and over heating my battery which lead to draining of battery. would there be any remedy for this?>
