It is so good phone ,very good performance, better battery backup, display quantity also good,very budget phone,iam very satisfying from this device.

Purchased the 6gb variant in first week of November 2018, still performing very smooth for daily uses. Back in 2018, I purchased this so that I could play PUBG, then I graduated in 2019 and stopped playing games as well due to career pressure.
Now I only use phone for normal use, no gaming and have to say, this phone still keeps up to the mark and also the battery SOT lasts above 7 hours with around 20% remaining at the end of the day. Decent camera, install GCAM for better results.
The only drawback though is software update, official software is still Android 9. I had to flash custom ROM (CrDroid Android 11) in order to keep a fresh feel. Will continue using this for few more months and then I'll invest in a new phone with 5g.

a little over 4 years since I bought this and it's still my daily driver, what a warrior! absolutely worth purchase

3 years 4 months... still going strong! This is a durable phone and the perfect companion for the typical middle class, middle aged office goer. Not much bloatware to begin with and really good battery performance. Used to give ~2 days of backup. Still gives support for an entire day of regular use. Only downside is that camera is pretty poor compared to other budget phones. My particular instrument had a glitch that, once turned on after power off, the screen would not work and I would have to force-restart the device.

Used it for almost 3 years. Loved it. Very good phone for regular usage. Want to see more affordable phones like this from Asus but I think Asus doesn't care about the midrange consumers anymore.

I had been using this handset for 4 years and the issues i encountered were
1.i got it's battery replaced in feb 2021 because it started swelling.
2. It's bluetooth version support just SBC codec ( embarrassing).Norma phones support AAC and AptX. Also the chipset is very cheap. It sounds like muffled sounds lacking details and instruments separation. Not at all for audiophiles.
3.It's audio jack deiver a bit improvment but almost same sound.
4.It's wifi Chipset doesn't support 5ghz wifi. What a shame ASUS? Seriously in 18000 u can't put a decent wifi chipset? Even my MI4 supports it which i bought in 2014 (i think)

Was a dependable device from 2019 till last week, when suddenly the screen went blank while browsing Quora site. I don't play games. Later understood that it was a failure of Device Memory. Had to change the Memory. Lost all the stored apps not backed up in Google.
Speaker has deteriorated in two years of use.

Very good experience with this phone.ising since last 3 years. Within 1st year, had some malfunction where company replaced the display of rs10000 for free

this mobile strenght was awesomeoverall is good from 2 1/2 years but only issue is speaker always going bad condition.must be replace again and agine..

best budget phone i've ever had. 2 years using it and still working fine. I hope Asus continue making M series in the future.
