AT&T Galaxy S6 receives mysterious update

14 May, 2015

Users of the Galaxy S6 on AT&T have started receiving a new update, which is sized at around 237MB and keeps the device on Android 5.0.2.

While there is no official word on what is included in the update, according to someone on XDA (hit the Via 2 link below), it brings along enhancements related to battery performance, HD Voice, screen, AT&T Message, as well as screen rotation.

This comes just a day after Samsung started rolling out a 159MB Galaxy S6 update (for users across Europe and Asia) that brings several stability and performance improvements as well as new features.

After I installed this mysterious update last night on my s6, the touch screen stopped working. All other buttons (volume, power, back, home) work fine. Anyone else with this issue? Be careful with this update.

Fixed the night clock edge feature. It no longer uses whole screen pixels.
