Ayaneo Pocket Play is a reincarnation of the Xperia Play
Ayaneo is entering the smartphone market, and its first device will take a different approach from the current crop of gaming phones. The Pocket Play is set to launch soon with a slide-out controller, which immediately invokes memories of the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play from 2011.
While Ayaneo hasn’t disclosed any specs or pricing for its gaming phone, we get to see its design, which looks premium and well put. The slide-out controller houses a D-pad, ABXY buttons and a pair of touchpads which would function as joysticks.
The device also has L1, L2 and R1, R2 shoulder buttons as well as dual rear cameras, stereo speakers and a USB-C port. Pocket Play will be available in black and white colors and presumably runs Android. Ayaneo’s Kickstarter campaign has the device as “coming soon”.

I thought about it, but emulator games require a controller and that's an inconvenience.
