u can use many of Nokia phones in modem of ur computer. But the better thing than this phone is that the Nokia phones are more faster than this one and also the modem usage is faster. Simmple huh? For example. nokia e55, e52 and 5630 express music.

I'm using a benq siemens 2G C 31. The most noticeable of this phone is it has the function PC modem so that it is convenient for me to be online everywhere with my laptop. I wonder Benq 3G phones have that kind of function.

So far i feel, BenQ have 2 work about the battery backup. Because now a days long battery backup
is a must. if the talk-time would be 10-15hrs,
like Philips, then it will b work. And BenQ have 2 highlight that on their advertisement.Otherwise, BenQ
Sets are quite user friendly, Good Sound quality &
others.

The well known company BenQ introduced their new clamshell mobile phone BenQ E55 which is a major branded phone. Now I am giving a short description about this phone:
The phone comes with bright red and brown cashing that attracts everyone. The bright red and brown color phone decorated with black internal keyboard. The BenQ E55 branded mobile phone generally based in Taiwan. They concentrate the manufacturing of the phone in time of production.
The phone is nicely beautifully decorated and has a graphical TFT color display with 176×220 pixel and 262000 color collection. There is and there is also a secondary colored display of 96×64 pixels and that is 1 inch of size with CSTN display and reflects 65000 color combinations. The user can use different wallpaper at the display. The light weighted mobile phone is only 95 grams including its battery. The 94 x 48 x 19 mm dimensions of the phone are is the eye catching to the audience of the mobile phone.
The 2 Mega Pixels camera of the BenQ E55 mobile can capture any picture smoothly and clearly. The VGA video call camera creates an interesting video call service with someone who has same facilities phone. The memory can store all of important data in the phone by using 45 MB micro SD Trans Flash memory. This memory card slot can expand up to 2 GB of internal memory. The external and internal transaction occurred by the USB V1.2 connectivity.
The mobile provides hands free MP3/ MPE G4 function that work as a media player to listen the music. The user can store their favorite songs and music to listen any time. The voice memory of the phone helps to record the voice or word of any important or memorable moment.
As the connectivity feature of the phone it includes 2G (GSM 900/ 1800 / 1900) and 3G (UMTS 2100) network facilities. The 3G network also has 384 kbps connection. The user can also enjoy the GPRS Class 10 (4+1/3+2 slots), 32-48 kbps, Bluetooth v1.2 with A2DP wireless technology. All of these are an advanced technology in a tinny device that could user very friendly. There is an antenna that helps to get the connection of the network of the handset. But unfortunately, the phone has not HSC SD, EDGE and WLAN format update.
The effective messaging system of the phone are Text Messaging system), Enhance Messaging System and Multimedia Messaging System. The sending and receiving text message give a text communication with pictures and templates. The handset also includes with WAP 2.0/xHTML browser with fastest speed.
The polyphonic 72 chord of ring tones with vibration alert of the BenQ E55 phone mobile become the impressive part for any user. From internet browsing the user can download more ring tones. The clock, alarm timer, calculator, and to do list facilities includes as an organizer of the handset. This entire organizer is the day to day use of the people’s life. The full charge standard Li-Ion 900 mAh battery provides 180 hours standby time and 2 hours and 40 minutes of talk time. The battery provides the long lasting commendation.

In my opinion, if they really want to succed in Europe, they shoud ressurect the BenQ-Siemens brand, since they aqquired the rights of the Siemens brand, otherwise, they are simply throwing money in to the garbage...
I still own a BenQ-Siemens S88 and i love it, i intend to keep it. BenQ phones are very durable and resistant, even if their software is slow and simple, but it demands perfectly my daily requests.

Just look at the... moreYou are right on the button there mate. I think some of the people who post on here have nothing better to do with their lives. They comment on an industry over which they clearly have no knowledge or insight.
And for the guy who said... it looks like a v8 v9. Uuh... do you know anything about marketing a product? If someone comes up with a winning formula you dont try to change it, you exploit it. Look how similar supermarket branded products are compared to the branded products they sell, the same shape and size of packaging, placed next to the more expensive brand labled product.
In fact, design a flip phone yourself and try to make it look unique... good luck.

well, its clear who works in a phoneshop.
Just look at the reaction of me below and That Guy. 2 persons who work in a phoneshop and know what people want. Dont always judge that bad people. See it like this:
Crappy features on it: Low bidget phone > 50% wants it
Very good features: > High Budget > 7% wants it that also buy it.
This would do good as a prepaid or so!
