        i am using benq mobile for the past 3 and half year successfully. recently it is troubling me much. the complaint is set is ok. charges is ok. the problem is with the connection. it has become defective. i did not find replacement any where.

        i am residing in machilipatnam-521001, andhra pradesh, india - so far i didn't find exact service cenre. i love the set much. simply i can not trhough it out for this minor repair. kindly advise me in this regard. my e_main id is t_rama_raju@yahoo.co.in. i eagerly wait for your suggestion.

            i also have this waste stone mobile set M220..the positive point of this mobile is :we can call it us just mobile.
            negative point is: what ever other facilities are totally negative.
            1.software auto off repeatedly
            2.we can not change another SIM,if change software getting corrupted
            3.whenever attending incoming call simply stucks
            4.i wated my half a life time in setting date and time whenever it stucks and restarts again...
            5.i wasted lot of time by searching Mobile service centers for this company..


            please my kind request to u all guys nooooooooot to buy Benq M220 mobile..

              Its useless, I beared it two years with 5-6 times visit to service center. service center people told me we cannot repair it & we don't have battry.

                why r u wasting ur time on this mobile, its useless, I beared it two years with 3 times visit to service center. 3 times changed handsfree. and 4th time service center people told we cannot repair it.

                Now I thrwn it away.

                    im using this kind of unit... well its quiet good.. the only thing that makes me rude is that it goes on and off by itself... i also wanted to know where i can find & buy the casing for this unit & where can i buy USB,,, coz i cant post the pics that i want to put in the net.. pls help...

                      I have been using this mobile for these past 3 years, the only thing that I don't like is that the keys are small and not enough memory. The rest is ok. It is quite user friendly

                        the phone is okay but i bought it has the siemens c71a it seems to have all the features as the phone above can someone look into that maybe MY PHONE COMPANY MADE A MISTAKE

                          I have been using this phone for the last 2 years and its performance is excellent except on two occassion whereby I faced the AUTO ON-OFF problem. And this required a software update from the authorized service center.

                            My BenQ M220 has just completed 1 year. Its performance has been excellent. I enjoy its features like Auto ON-OFF and Superior quality FM. Talk time is also excellent.

                            I have observed that, ocassionaly it switches off automatically in hot temperature.

                              I have a benq m220,brought on 31 July 2006,facing a problem from its 3th day of purchace,the FM radio connecting not working. I specialy purchase for FM Music but that one is not functioing. keeps on finding the network. No responce from the benq service desk,no information about the service centre in mumbai
                              Please do not buy this model(m220). Don't take risk.

                                I have a benq m220,brought on 29 aug2006,facing a problem from its 5th day of purchace,the phone switches off and starts automatically n number of times,keeps on finding the network,once found hangs and starts again to find the network,No responce from the benq service desk,no information about the service centre in mumbai
                                Please do not buy this model(m220)

                                  I purchased BenQ M220 in oct2005.
                                  It just worked for hardly 1 month.
                                  then same software problem.
                                  service center are pathetic.no proper response.Its my sincere advice to all not to buy any of BenQ mobile.

                                  Risk taking in life is ok.
                                  but certainly not with BenQ mobile.

                                    I have Benq M220, it automatically switches off and again starts on its own.sound is not clear,i have serviced

                                      I have BenQ M220 some software issues. most of people coming in customer care having same isses. SOFTWARE HANG. in pune.

                                      this people never response i have given my phone from 3 month now i have hardly use 10-15 days. There are saying we are unable to repaire. even they send to mumbaia.
                                      PLEASE SUGGEAST ME WHAT TO DO

                                        i am totally disappointed with this cell. this has a major software problem and gets hang frequently and also has a speaker problem. i would advice future mobile customers to not opt for a cell by this company
