i have bought a usb data cable for BenQ M300 and it handset manager software. the driver for data cable provided in the CD didn't work and i downloaded a driver from the web which has picked up the hardware and istalled the driver. But when i install the handset manager software it does not recognise the port and gives message " switch on the phone and connect the cable....". please give me a solution

good phone....i lost it 2 years back. need a ringtone from it...."ring ring". its wonderful...listen to it properly n to whole length. plz if smone is from india....plz send me this ringtone to my yahoo id meraaks@yahoo.co.in via mms.

I am using the Benq M300 for the past one year so far I did have any prooblem, but no data cable in the market it is best to add data cable in set package itslef

I bought it 2 dayz bfore.This phone is pretty good.Its stylish look attract me.Its battery quality is good than beFore.Its capturing quality is better than c72.Simply its a nice in afordable cost.

Its simply useless. no data cable, no mp3, no radio and worst quality of pictures. good for rough use but often gets struck or restarted posing problems. sometimes unable to catch tower, sms reminder is irritating

pretty good! i had this phone bought from Italy for only 99 euros! the camera is CIF but makes great pictures(better then 6610i or T630). It sounds great,no mp3...but it`s fine.It`s a daily phone,buy it if u find it!

Recently i bought this camera phone.my criteria for selection was a cheap mobile phone with affordable price .so i selected this mobile i have found following merits and demerits of this phone combare with othe comapatiable phone.
It has good design.Good clarity and accessab ilty .
demerits i feel
Intrusion of dust particles in the mobile
unavailability of data cabel
During the discharge of the battery and connected to electricity it some time swith off more than 15 minutes to reagain the better positin.The clarity of picture and services are not well with same priced other mobile phones.

how do i make my benqm300 supported for mp3 player. can i add additional; softwares to it and how? is the charger point the datacable point

BenQ M300 is a smart mobile set. It have some drawbacks:
1. It have no Zoom.
2. It memory is very low.
3. It have only one format of time.
Overall it have good coverage.

Someone help me on getting the latest OS for M300. The one I have has some bugs in it. When there is a new message from my CSP, the phone alerts me with correct name; When I opened the message later and scrolled down to see the sender, it showed me the name of the person next in the list. Also the same problem occurs when I get a call when scolling in the message list. The name of the person next in the list appears as the caller name. I dont know whats happening?
If there is a patch, or new OS, someone please nopify me.

I brought M300 in October 2005. Since then I encounter problem of dust gathering behind the display screen. The fine dust particles appear to be coming from its lower right corner of the display. I returned the phone for cleaning in Dec 2005. By Jan 2006, it has started gathering dust again. Again I returned to BenQ who informed me that they had cleaned it and replaced the front panel. Now March 2006, the dust under the display screen has become more prominent again. Just spoke to BenQ Service Manager and was informed that it is normal. Or is it a manufacturing fault? Hope someone can enlighten me on this problem. It is getting tedious and tiresome to keep sending the BenQ phone for cleaning. Thank you.

5.taking lots of pics at a time can affect its battery plus playing games can affect its working??

this phone is bad bad bad
1.doesnt have zoom
2.memory sucks only 650kb
3.no infrared bluetooth
4.the data cable is so expensive
5.no video no flash
6.boring games

guys only finding data cable isnt d problem bt evn m facing technical prob in my fone evn after giving it to a repairing shop n d data cable shd b provided to all mobile shopping outlets like anyother nokia or else companies n evn d body of dis m300 fone is tough to find. i more as a critic so nt 2 forget to tel u that it really has gotlow memory n no upgrading options r avilable. if anybdy find answers 4 me is surely greeted.
