very poor batery life ! on internet and other stuff i think 8 hour are to bad for such phone caliber! touch and querty is very usseful! i droped mine and broke the display and touch screen and i miss touch screen sow much! it perfect only with blackbery internet and whit this produc i find my perfect match

Hi all. Am really making plans to buy the 9900 but this battery issue is freaking me out. I dnt enjoy my touch dat much cos of battery issues. Pls I need a candid advice

bring the mobile which have huge battery life you bring the mobile advance and the person who use he is busy person and every mail or blackbeery services is impotant for him but bad battery life it work till evening or serching for charging mobile and miss the mail

The 9900 was my first Blackberry and I love it firstly because it satisfies all my needs and it doesn't just look awesome, it feels and operates awesome. Feeling up the internal memory renders it slow but just don't feel it up and you'll enjoy the best BB has to offer.

Bad battery life...should have held on to my 9700..9900 is very very bad in terms of battery life, wats the use of all the cool features of a phone if it cant even last for a day...OS 7 is cool, screen is good... rest all features which a bb user mostly uses are same to old models...BB came out with a good phone with bad battery life...i m goin back to my 9700...

I've owned BB's for years and NOT one single one has let me down! As for your touchtype....well it doesn't make sense as BB's are renowed for QWERTY keypad's! That was the whole point why BB's are popular....if you want touchtype then sorry to say that this phone really isn't for you! You should be on the iphone 4s forum! Touchtype world there! Please don't take offence though!

Crazy ASS, 16 Dec 2011Why would you want to touch type, for god sake?Is this a serious question? In my experience Blackberry's have a reputation for breaking down (their buttons especially) - with touch type, at least if my buttons do mess up, I wouldn't have to send it off to get fixed straight away because I could touch type. It's not rocket science.

i dont like this mobile its like Normal Mobile i guess BB 9300 is more better thn this one, secondary cam is not available thats the main point to be Ordinary Mobile ..Expensive and ordinary ..

well i don't have the phone yet,i'm still thinking if i should purchase the phone..but now with all these rumors about the battery i'm thinking if i should give all that money for this phone..i'm person that need to have a phone with me all the time.. but one thing i could say sony ericsson are best smart phone out there.. thx

outdated already thats it! Wait to see the next iOS for blackberry which will not support any prior models including 9900 so its not worth it, its see if they to get andriod apps on new blackberry in 2012

Hi all, just want to share my experience almost 1 month using bold 9900. Only one word to say "awesome". Since bought it, i got os version .261, as i read somewhre on internet, this os version gave more problems. So i update the os to .503. I download the os from A1 website. I shrunk the os to remove things that i dont need such as, language, fonts, help files, video, music, map etc using BBH Tools. Then I installed the os using AppLoader. When the update process completed, I pull out the battery. I did it twice a day in 48 hours to give new os function properly with my bb. So far, I had no problem with my bb. battery usage is acceptable for 2 day in one charge circle. To ensure that my bb run faster, I always clear log events and cleaning memory. I use meterberry to monitor battery usage (ADR). for standby its discharge 1% per hour and when hardly bbm, its drain increase up to 4% per hour. Im happy being using it. The screen so clear with liguid crystal. Sound also clear for tones and musics.

hello guys,
i just completed one week of my new bb 9900..and must say it honestly that it was the mostt blissfull smartphone experience ever!! simply superbb phone!!!!
and now for everyones doubt confusion which i also faced..about the battery...day after i got 9900..i installed os 7.1 from crackberry..and battery runs whole day without any issue! so guys...plain and simple advice..close your eyes and buy 9900....:) :)
