still got mine, dont use it but it wasnt great. it was a better phone to the blackberry 9720 that they made. but i didnt quiote realise how much i used to pay for such a basic phone .

I for some reason am having trouble setting up email. The text and calling works, but now the email will not work I can't set it up. I have simple mobile. I'm going to run some software tests tonight see if there is a bug within the set up. This had been a pain to get fixed so far. Besides that, the 9900 is a fantastic phone.

It's no wonder blackberry is getting such a bad name, with all the problems and no fixes what do you expect. For some reason my attachment file refuses to work and I can 't get an answer as to how to fix it ......if blackberry has a fix for this great if not then I loose the phone for a samsung?

My Bold 9900 is caput after only 14 months. Needs new Motherboard. Only 2 months over warranty. Not abused in any way. What a travesty, especially when I am a 15 year BB user. This will be the last BB I purchase.

Disable internal memory.
it works on my device.
