This is one of the best phones I've ever had. Works well and it gets the job done. It's durable as it survives my 17 month old son everyday. Been in sand, water and the kitchen floor multiple times. Still working as day 1. Time to upgrade but not sure if I want another phone as this one works hassle free.

HORRIBLE device!
It worked fine for about 6 months, a very strong device but then all of a sudden went dead!
Nothing happened, in the middle of the day it just stopped working and no one could fix it.
A quick google search reveals that this issue is VERY common, and BB refuses to deal with it. In fact, they were rude enough to discontinue it!
When I called them up for some help they say I'll have to pay $50 in order to get some technical support! absolutely disgusting. I'm so happy their stock went down 90%, they deserve it.
DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE!
Go for a cheaper model or even better - don't get a blackberry.

santosh, 06 Oct 2014battery power not good.I got a replacement battery - a Hippo brand 2,000mAh replacement - lasts a long time - same size as normal battery - you will never have a problem with this battery - I easily get more than a day with very heavy usage.
