Love this phone but the BlackBerry App Store nor the email server has been working for me since November 2017. BBM has been paralyzed :(

Because in the present days I noticed many operators started to close this service except for business. They consider it`s and old system already and everybody must use obligatory only and only their android smart toys phones, like we all are a kind of clones! And this is very stupid! Otherwise you cannot use browser and email on this BB OS7 and below. Ask about BIS

I had a situation where I by mistake lost all my contact on my Blackberry Bold!
There was no chance to retreive the contacts with a backup because there just wasn't any.
The only way was the log that the carrier "service Provider" keep on the tower of calls made over a period of time, In the end I was able to receive a list of contacts from my carrier but I was struggeling to get my BB to read the file format so I made some enquirys regarding this! I ended up talking to the manager of the service department at Black Berry and he relucktently admit that Black Berry is not compatible with any type of extrenal import!
Then I got myself another phone! HE HE
