i'm confused, i want to buy new mobile my friend tell me that blackberry bold 9900 touch is great but others tell me that galaxy SIII phone greater than blackberry bold 9900. please advice me which of there i can buy?

Hi. my dad just bought me bb9900 and i think i'm having trouble with it. i can't text someone if his/her number is saved in my contacts. i can only text people who are not on my list. what am i gonna do? :( heeeelp! And is there some activation thingy for the bbm? haha sorry it's my first time having this phone and i actually don't know these things. hope somebody could help me with this. thanks!

the last bb phone i had was 3 years ago, it was bold 9700,it was great phone,but i went over to android and love android.but i also like bb. so ive decided to get a bb9900.to use aswell as my android(best of both worlds).and was wondering if there is a app on bb appworld that kills apps(turns them off if not needed). android has them,and even laptop/pcs/tablets/,and it would make battery last longer.
also the phone im getting is 9900,my friend bought it but has decided to sell it as he wants to get newer version. but he said that sometimes he cant make calls. but he can still access the internet.. is this a software glitch? i think he is on OS 7.0

edge(E) is 3.5g(aka 3g+) which is faster than 3g. and Hspa(H) is 3.75g . so your already getting 3g+ so no need to worry..

Had good experience with BB 9900. Touch & key function well. BBM is very good but not more friends on that pin:292EEE36. Only one problem that battery support only a day & if switch it to 3G its getting die very soon. Contact me for solution tamilrtselvan@gmail.com or in twitter @tamilvi or BBM.

what ever application it has, they all are paid:(
n skype dont run on iit.........

zaka, 05 Dec 2012well its okay but the best , i bought it just coz i like th... moreIf your phone is slowing down simply type alt+lglg and clear the log (menu - clear log) you will be surprise at what difference it makes. or just upgrade the os to 7.1, that also improves the speed

It lacks things like auto focus, radio that I prefer in a phone, etc. But those I can tolerate. One thing I dislike the most is the weaker wi-fi signal reception as compared to my s2 and s3. Wish this BB9900 is better on that aspect. But I still enjoy using it because of it's great, enjoyable keyboard and the social networking apps. Really weird but inspite the shortcomings, I still love using it especially now it has touchscreen.
