I bought this phone off of craigslist, with a broken tackpad, cost me 45 dollars to fix, and other then that, this phone is a tank. Its really fast, functional and easy to use. I'm sorry but if you say this phone has ANY issues right now, AFTER updating to 7.1 you must have previously owned an Apple Iphone.

I upgraded my 9900 to 7.1 and after that the battery gives me full 24 hrs with heavy usage.

It the phone with most problems its a great phone but it has a lot of hardware and software problems than any other blackberry I have owned so far

I got my bold 9900 on monday 24th of september. Everything seems to work fine except that I can invite other bbm users but they can't invite me. So I am the only one inviting them.I believe it is suppose to be either way. I need help here as regard that.

This BB keeps on having software problems, now I can't upgrade anything into this phone just becos I wanted to upgrade my twitter n everytin went off n its just blinking red light n d phone is not coming up. They are telling me its demaged bcos I downloaded a third party applicatn but the upgrade I downloaded came from BB applicatn world. Wat will I do

I fixed by downloading the software from bb site and install it to your phone via usb cable . Hope it helps . For software search google for black berry 9900 software and search for the right bb site link . For complete steps search google for how to install software in a dead blackberry . I have done it in my bb 9000 and now it works perfect

Just had my bb9900 last May 2012, now its not working, i just saw it off, i tried to charge but not charging, i removed d battery and put it back but still dont want to turn on... Pls help!!!!

just udate your device to OS 7.1 bundle 1646...
it will solve all yours battery problems nd gives your phone new graphics too....:)
