And later with an htc Vivid the best smartphone I've use! I recomend u Samsung!

I love this phone but its battery does not even last 6 hours....i reckon one should get a spare battery to avoid charging the phone twice a day.

awesome phone..... everything is nice except the battery... need to charge at least two times a day.... ordered a battery juice pack, hope it works....

Best keyboard, best camera, powerfull, best screen compare to other blackberry and for man just nice size. But never compare with iphone or top android phone, for sure u will say Blackberry performance Sucky. But for working, it is ultimate business machine

Brought this handset some 8 months back. After struggling so lang, I now plan to shift back to Nokia. With short battery life, small screen, small buttons etc who can it be called as Business phone ?.I am surprised. Moreover, the service centre in my city is irresponsibly organised with 100% customer unfriendly attitude. The dealer is helpless and tries to do his best but in vain. I did not get any response on my emails. This is the worst investment I did and BlackBerry has left behind a Black remark. I suggest buyers to please think several times before buying no matter how much assurance the dealer gives.

Horrible phone. Too small screen so your eyes will hurt a lot if you use it a lot. Battery last maximum a day. I got the latest version of OS 7.1.0.569 and it does not help either.
Keyboard is perfect, video quality is very good too.
This is my third BlackBerry, but next time I will be an iPhone.

The worst phone I have ever used. Battery dies within 1/2 day with little usage. OS hangs frequently. Little useful apps with comparison to Android/iOS. Camera shots are unconvincing. End User browsing experience suxs. Conclusion: If you want to spend your money on a hp, please do so wisely. There are better offerings from competitors that takes the cake.
