I can't use my BlackBerry Protection, when I try to use it says: "The service plan for your Blackberry device does not support this application. Please contact your service provider for additional information or to update your service plan"... What does it means? And what can I do if I want to use it?

tony, 27 Apr 2013when i try to click on radio button ..its not working...why The reason the radio isn't working is probably due to the headphones not placed properly.It should be the headphones that came with the phone.

I can not find the icon e-mail set up in the setup area nor the enterprise activation, i'm far away in the african jungle and my company in europe can not access to the bb so i can start receiving e-mails

my contact list was deleted once i uninstalled whatsapp application,i have synchronousied my contact list from my mail id but middle name is not visible in the contact list,how do i view the middle name....can some one help me out in this ????????

had purchase this phone on 23rd April. its a nice mobile at 9k budget. Took internet and blackberry plan from the next day. It has 2g but still the browsing speed is well. was using android touch screen but bored by that coz every android has the similar look.
The best thing in this mobile is universal search and the bad is camera without flash.
if ur budget is 8-9k than u can also buy samsung 6312 it has the latest android version and good screen.

Blackberry is a real smart phone. I was tired of Android because of hang-ups. I have shifted to this phone just one week ago. Now, I can search and dial any of my 2000 contacts in 10 seconds. Dialing a phone from phone-book was a lot difficult in my earlier touch screen android phone. But, all is not good. The Blackberry service provider is very expensive in Nepal. They charge for full month, they should charge on days basis.

You guys, before buying this phone. Watch the specs first you like it or not. If you don't like it, then don't buy it. and also don't give negative comment... I bought this phone last Feb 9, 2012 as my backup/temporary phone. This phone is good with longest battery life I ever had. No problem at all even the camera is very poor & 2G not 3G. The battery last up to 3-4 days. In massive texting with 3-5 hrs wi-fi, the battery will last up to 3.5 or 3.75 days depend on the usage. I don't need to install any application but updates only.
If you want better camera shoot, 3G, powerful & longest battery life, find another phone & cost you a lot of money.

I just bought one week used BlackBerry Curve 9220, suddenly the navigation center key is not working.. Unable to scroll to any keys... I dont what to do? Is any one can help to resolve this issue?

Hello, I was looking forwarding to buying this set. I am a die hard fan of qwerty keys. And I also am a hard fan of heavy texting... For this purpose, is this a good fone. battery life is very poor if you r using FB/email/BBM/whatsapp/twitter.... it lasts only 5 to 6 hours.. otherwise phone is sleek and keyboard is perfect
