Guys, This is BB and can't be compared to Android. So far features are concerned, this is a good phone if used as a phone. Music is not very loud and no woofers but still good enough. Initally, had a voice break problem but i guess that was of network and now, this is absulutely fine. battery, the best one, using for entire day in fb/Whats app/BB and calls, batter goes for atleast 2 days...Its stylish in BB arena, cheaper and value for money...joystick is just too smooth...I luved this phone and technically no problem at all...Go for it

As far as I know, it has built in GPS inside. Just look for Options, Device, and Location Settings. There you'll find it. Just be sure to be outside and click the BB button on the left of trackpad button then select Refresh.

Hye there, I'm new to this phone.. I bought it last nite..and I just went through this phone.. No problem at all..but I dnt know how the hell I changed the settings.. Here my prob.. My BBM logo just appear when the wifi is on.it won't work without wifi and I always not home .how do I reset this??

Im using this phone for 4 months now.
It is a very good phone for call & sms.
Usual call & sms my battery lasts as far as 5 days.
Using bbm, call & txt it lasted 2 days.
If I am using wifi, it lasted 1 day.
Overall it is a good phone.
But I am still not used to it and I am getting an android tablet to complete my needs.

Question:
My phone all of a sudden went dead and all emails and texts disappeared by the time it went on again. My BBM was also lost . When I click on the BBM icon, it requests for my user id and password. WHen I put it in , it does not accept it. So now I have 6/10 attempts already. What do I do?

Can I ask a question? What do you do when your bb 9920 just went dead and won't open anymore.. Well in fact it was full charge.. Something wrong with the battery or the phone itself? Pls help..

while browsing the net for about 2 to 3 hours or more the battery is good, much better than the android os it sucks more battery, much better than the galaxy y. Its a good mobile

First of all, I don't have this blackberry but I find some real cases related to it that I saw and witnessed by myself.
1. My friend bought this phone about a month ago since his old blackberry was accidentally crushed by a car due to the accident he had. So, he told me his new PIN and asked me to save it. However, just about a week after that, he told me that he had a new PIN. When I asked him, he told me that his new 9220 was suddenly died without any cause. So he went to the shop where he bought it to complain and you know what? They replaced his with a brand new 9220. This event really irritated him since he couldn't save any files he saved inside the previous 9220.
2. Just last night, I visited one of my friend in his phone counter. That time, one of his customers came and asked for a memory card. The customer's phone is a new 9220 that she just bought about two weeks. When the card inserted into the phone, somehow it cannot be detected. It just showed the internal memory. Funnily enough, when the memory card was inserted into my friend's blackberry, his phone can detect it with no problem. So, he told her to complain to the shop where he bought the phone.
Well, based these incidents, somehow I really doubt with the quality of the phone.
