im wondering my phone does not function after i wipe all the file then suddenly the battery become low then i tried to charge it but it will not open it just blick every 1 min 4 times

I have a problem with the battery ,if I put in the phone it Swiss off it self when I try to charger it shows that battery error, I wonder now is this the phone problem or battery problem?

I made a great mistake of buying a blackberry phone. Transferring the phone book from android to Blackberry was a big problem. The blackberry world does not work in many countries. You can not connect it through wifi. Checking gmail was a big problem.
