Yam, 13 Jul 2012How to transfer phone book files from Blackberry8520 to 922... moreYou can use Blackberry Desktop Manager. Sync your 8520 to your outlook/calendar, or back up the whole thing.
Unplug your phone, and plug in your 9220 for the first time. It will at some point prompt you if you want to use your backup into the 9220. Do so.
But if you wish to start new and ignore the backup, then re-sync the 9220 from your outlook/calendar after you have configured the sync settings (from Outlook to Phone, Phone to Outlook, or Two Way; Choose Outlook to Phone)

Use BB Desktop Manager (a CD installer is included in your 8520 package or you can download latest version on BB web site),all device data such as contacts, phone setting and apps will be backed up to your PC. In that application you have the option to transfer all device data to other device (9220). Or you can select if you only want to transfer contacts, apps etc.

its just the same as 9320, theres no much difference between 3g and 2g i have a 3g device phone and if your in a closed area the signal is lower the same as 2g... just using it for music and bbm, call, and txt... thats it, thats why its a cellphone...

AnonD-21921, 11 Jul 2012Did you find the word "FREE"?You've said you knew... morewell for me . i know its free because on the first place, i avail of the line 499 with BB9220 because of the service (not knowing that i can have a ticket for Free) I'm not that fool to avail a postpaid plan just for a concert ticket..
*and just so glad that it comes along with a free concert ticket.
