i bought this phone on 25 february 2013 and already i have a problem with the battery. should i send it back to the outlet and monitor the problem? coz i can not continue with it, for heavens sake its only been what... 3 days!!!!!!!!

I mistakenly put a wrong email address as my BlackBerry ID and now i have forgotten my password. I can not view my password bcoz the link goes to this wrong email address. Now I can't access my BBM.. what should i do?

It hang... moreU need to upgrade it's os, and don't forget to shrink it also, and always put in ur mind, blackberry need to be pullbat after a few days, for 9380, I think every 2 days do a pullbat is enough, u can use quickpull app to make hard reset without pullbat

Nice touch-style blackberry, but minus of auto focus in camera, its hard for doing simple macro photoghraphy, those who faced battery usage issue, try to shrifnk and upgrade your phone, actually 7.0 is much better in loading time compare to 7.1, but less in features such as radio and hotspot function...., overall, I feel satisfied for this one

my whatsapp is not working on my bb9380, it only works for a few hours after downloading and it's frustrating. it can not be data bundles coz am on unlimited data.
everythung else works perfectly fine I love my phone.

This is the worst mobile I have evr experienced,gets hanged every second I use it, battery is like a dead body, hv to charge many times a day hv to keep my charger always wid me, don't buy
