connect ur phone to the pc and through the bb deskstop manage u will get an option to upgrade but the ur internet connection has to be on.

This phone defintely does have a radio. Hate the touch screen though. Its heat instead ot contact sensitive which means you cannot use a stylus.

After upgrading to os 7.1 I was able to overcome all the shortcomings...it has become an ideal fone to use..It doesn't freeze, battery life as increased, fm radio is there..I simply loved it

I updated it to 7.1 and now it has FM radio. For those who have problem with battery life: disable automatic synchronization in Google Sync if you have installed it, the battery will last MUCH LONGER. Before I disable it, the battery can't last for a full day, but after I changed it to Manual Sync, I did a full night charge and now after 24h the battery level is still 80%.

im using this phone. the design is good. its a bit small but it's ok. battery life is too short. you can only use this phone for a day. even if you don't use is and leave it on stand by the battery will drain. but it's a good phone. very sleek. i like it.

I got this phone quite a while ago. I have now moved to Samsung. The 9380 is an absolutely useless phone.

I bought this phone just one month ago.it's not a good phone because of the battery.it's going down very fast.tried so many times to charge it but very poor.not happy with this phone.
