i had 3 blackberry's in the past. curve 8520,bold 9650,bold 9700. I bought this phone here in the Philippines, 2 weeks ago, i miss my bold 9700 qwerty feature, but this curve touch is superb, screen,camera,signal,processor flawless compared to my bold 9700, but of course, qwerty phone is best if you text a lot. The only thing i didn't like about the curve 9380 is the battery life. Bold is the best when it comes to power, but to solve that i bought extra battery for this phone, i think i can use the smartphone for 1 to 2 years because of the updated features it has. NFC and augmented reality both added to bb os..

iam also from SA and i got got mine this week so far iam very happy i have no issues or hag time with any apps or bbm as with my previous BB , battery lasts alot longer in 2g than 3g for sure so if not needed it would be advisable to use 3g when browsing , with the 3 g enabled browsing is a dream.

Vodacom South Africa adviced me to get this or a HTC Desrai smart phone. So I will get my Blackberry Curve 9380 on Saturday the 26th May 2012. And I will inform you how this phone handels

Really a worth fone to buy. Am using it for the last two months.. i have dropped the fone 10 times,,,, and more,,, but still it rocks....

hi android the best , only why people use blackberry ,for blackberry messanger.whatts up can be installed on most phones.android the best ,has more than 1 million free applications and are very fast.for your phones cpu will be 1.0 prosessor.android htc quietly brilliant. its the best. go get android.

Usually i... moreIts not bad just got the handset yesterday, the buttons are a bit small on the screen even on its side but apart from that it is easy to use, the one thing i do like is that when typing a email address it repalces the space bar key with a @ symbol and then a . once you have put the @ symbol in

I would not know whether 9380 is a touch phone or if it has a regular BB ketboard
