I bought this phone 2 months back crom dubai it was having trouble while using the fimware 7.0 so i gave to dealer dey updates the formware to latest 7.1 nd now its working awesom rhe best part is when ever i have have ny kind ov problem wid the just go to the dealer dey will fix it in just one hour nd if dey they fail to diz in one hour we will get a new mobile i just l love axiom care.
Negative part about the mobile the back leather cover it tears out very fast the dealer chane it for me but still again same

ok all i really have to say it, i own the 9900 i could see why people would like this phone but people 2 grand for a cell phone that isn't as fast as an iphone and cant handle as much apps all im saying is maybe it would be worth a bit over a grand if it were waterproof and i dont see that happening so it's deffinatley not worth 2000 doller dont get me wrong i love my blackberry and to date the 9900 is my favourate but i couldn't buy one for 2000
