i bought this phone 3 month ago with very excited mood..but its a useless phone..its touch screen also v bad...as per me BB touch screen is not good...BB is for only keyboard phone. When i rec d call touch screen is not press..whenever i press d sms icon its not opening...whenever i press menu key it press reverse key...over all its v v bad n not practical phone. my money is fully waste

what's mean 3G Network (EV-DO)?
is it optional to choose this option or necessary?
i'm from Saudi Arabia, is there a problem for me to buy this phone regaridng the network?

I can't wait to get this phone. I should have gone to the store instead of calling verizon and ordering it because it seems that i will have waited about 5 days instead of the 2 that they said it would take for it to get to my house. So far their customer service is good in the sense that you can get to talk to someone quickly, but they seem to be pretty incompetent. It took them over 20 minutes to see where my order was, and they said I would receive an email telling me when my order has been shipped and nothing yet...

Hi guys. I have a BB9550 and i ave unlocked it tso i can use it on different networks. It was fine for 3 months or so but recently it doesn't pick up the required blackberry services I require. At the moment it is a really expensive calling and texting phone. no email. Is there a way I can fix this?

whenever i enter the black berry messenger,and wanted to talk in group, the keyboard will sometimes be availble some times not.. any1 experiencing same prob? how to fix it?

I lost my Nokia 5800 now am thinking of gettin Storm 2, ços i like BB Services and i like touch Screen. Friends told me that 5800 was slow and bla,bla,bla but my experience was diffrent. Now am hearing the same about Storm 2, please i need assistance if Storm 2 has serious issues better i buy another Nokia 5800

This is the worst phone I have encountered: screen froze within two hours. Despite software upgrade and new sim card, I have had repeated dropped calls, unintended rejected calls, unresponsive touchscreen, and failure to send attachments to MMSes. Touchpad keys don't appear to be well aligned. Does not have business card facility, and can't save contacts from phone memory to sim card. One massive frustration!

Hi,can someone help me on this? the browser icon on my menu sometimes disappears that's why i can't get through to my applications. i am already registered w/ BB through SMART (Philippines) and a prepaid user.Take note that my registration is still active and not yet expired. Even if i use the Hotspot Browser, i still can't connect to Facebook and Twitter, but I can send email messages and use my Yahoo Messenger.. I want to use this phone to the MAX, this is absolutely cool!! Please help me. Thanks
