mybb9850 dose not start when I remove its cell,when I put it back in the bb shows x in the symbol for cell am in Uganda. can someone help. My bb also dose not connect to the internet since when I wiped it, it talls me that am on a service plan that dose not surpport the applicationI also need someone to help me on hw to install

Disapointed about bb web, bb world, BUT after I, re-install my OS, its ran smoothly.. Evrytin so fine.
All you need is wipe all data with BBSAK, andthen install the OS again.
