The phone was delivered on 22 December 2023, on the 15th of January 2024 the first debit order was deducted, no SMSs, no airtime and no data was sent. the phone charger is not fully functional it cost me to buy a new charger. when i contact the company, they informed me that the sim card fell, how is it possible then the next story was that i have to go to the sops to buy an un-Rica Sim card. nowhere can i find the Sim card that is not Rica. When I call again, the consultant told me that the sim swap department will call me back. after many attempts i contact the center again they informed me that i must go to Edgars to purchase a sim card, and that i must insert the sim card in another phone. does this make sence?how is it that you deducted the first payment but i have to do all this.
