I have had problems with the battery not charging and couldn't get any help from Blackview, their customer service is really bad. The devices they put out always seem to be behind rest of the community on tech, example: Bluetooth is too weak/ol...

I have been very happy about the phone, but then it started switching off while wearing it in my pocket. BV's comment: Warranty is 1 month overdue, so goodluck finding a repair guy. On top of that: the local repair guy can not get parts. ...

Blackview changed their minds about making updates for this phone to version 10. There won't be an official version 10 OS for it by Blackview. The phone probably has v10 installations out there, but they'll come from ROM-building enthusiast...
