Ok is relative cheaper from a mainstream Samsung/Xiaomi, but that's all.
Its week CPU drain the battery very fast. The Samsung TAB A8 (2021) that has the same battery capacity lasts at least 1.5x-2.0x !
Its screen is tragic, going dark at any external environment.
No software updates, even the security ones...
For a price difference less than 50 euros this is a piece of sh**t and does not worthy to buy.

why all the complaining...it has double the stats of a samsung and doesnt have the junk may catch on fire processor. Hell i bought my 16 when it came out a year ago..not one issue. Yhis is the problem these days if you get a lemon the company gets a bad reputation its bs. Yea its chinese I know but freaking thing works awesome and blackview wasnt supposed to be global. All I know id after a year im buying my mother one after i pay off her other gifts so she will have a resonably priced tablet that doesnt cost the price of a piece of crap apple. Yea i said it and you know it. My last tablet was samsung with what 2 gig ram and 64 storage for 3 times the price..couldnt play anything on it. I can play every game out on this...period.
Ps. Samsungs and all other tablets load you down with bloatware which you get about 50 percent of what you buy. Mine came ready for me to install what i want on it with only suggestions...8 gig ram up to 14 gig if it uses internal memory and 256 gig internal memory. I know everyone says it will eat up your hard drive to use ram..hell i only use a quarter if that of the hard drive...150 bucks and my samsung cost 350 bucks...even if it went bad i could nuy another one and save money lol
Hands down I will never buy another samsung or the like for the price of an iphone just to play silly games...no brainer buying this.

Bought 5 months ago and is already 3rd time at a repair. No comment. Wi-Fi dropping down, picture freeze, turns off out of the blue, battery doesn+t last long.....

Bought off a market dealer £120 performs well on games and video, sound could be better, and not having a gyro sensor is a pain with some apps overall 7/10 worth what I paid.

This company is an extraordinary example on how wrong one should behave in a market. I've only purchased one product from them and cursed that day for whole my life. It's a scam company. Everyone should be aware of that. I have even forsaken my local supplier for having sold this scam of a product to me. Bought a tab 15 pro there, in last June, and never have set my feet in the store since then. I'm thinking, I won't return there evermore also. I'm feeling sympathetic about all of us that got so nicely tripped over by these sort of companies, and wondering how could one think, or write, well about their products. All the disappointments that are mentioned above are true. The only worth the company should have would be to be fastly swept away from the market.
I'm sorry that people like them really exist.

Honestly it's not worth buying. Just add little money to your budget and get a better one. Read it everywhere that the screen turns off by itself and I thought it just happens and no big deal but it is actually irritating and no palm rejection option for pencil use. Also they have a good feature of free internet wherever you go but it turns on by itself and most of the time impossible to turn it off bcz it will get active again and again, so no option most of the times not to have connection.i mean what if we turn off the wifi because we actually don't want to have internet! Also can't use earphones

I only recently purchased it a few weeks ago, and I've only used it five days. I find it difficult to understand how awful this might possibly be. I feel sad about it. This, in my opinion, is not worth purchasing.

Certainly living up to expectations.
Our TAB 8 is now about 2 years old whose only problem has been the cover which wore out but was easily replaced; so now that we need another tablet Blackview has earned our loyalty.
Tab 16 does what it says on the tin. Comes complete with cover and a stylus. For info Mint Green is decidedly pale blue!

I agree with the comments - even Wifi drops very often. And the screen lags a second or so after your finger gestures. Not worth it

I have had my Blackview TAB 16 for a few weeks now and can't fault it. My Samsung Tab A2 broke after many years and I was looking for a good quality budget tablet to replace it. I am extremely pleased with the Blackview. I haven't had the wifi issues mentioned here. Connects automaticaly to my home wifi and streaming (Binge Stan Disney etc) isn't an issue either so far. Picture quality is excellent for a budget tablet as is the sound. Comes out of the box with a case and screen protector. Very nice choice of colours as well. More than happy.

Guys, the issue with these devises in terms of connectivity and daily tasks is due to the horrible Unisoc CPUs!! Everything that says unisoc is bad! All models have bad GPUs and unstable bad CPUs with higher power consumption for no reason! less HP at higher consumption is a scam don't but it unless they change it do Qualcomm or MediaTek

I was hoping to disagree with the other review published, but indeed the navigation and some functionalities sucks, wi-fi drops out of nowhere, 4g uses way too much battery and still you can't rely on... The screen looks great! I use it mainly to watch downloaded content now, forget streaming if you don't want to be pissed about it.

I have one.
on paper the specs are amazing.
On real use it is horrible.
the wifi is really bad - i cannot even log on hbo, Netflix or any other streaming platform.
The sync with google accounts and all that even worse
on basic tasks the tablet acts very poor. it is laggy.
The battery drained in 6 hours from 100% to 20% with just configuration and did not do much on that. ...
I wanted it as a replacement for a Huawei tab because that one did not have google services - well... i would rather stick on the Huawei tab which is far better on connectivity, photos, multitasking, sound and pretty much everything. + Huawei tab lasts me like 2 weeks or 3 days non stop heavy use.
Do not buy it.
