The specs are undersized for a phone, but almost overkill if they're solely dedicated to running an Android App like PowerAmp. And to boot, it would cost less and provide more than most MP3 players on the market.
And yes, MP3 players are a thing when one is working outdoors and doesn't want to risk their main phone which costs 10x more.

Again? Why is BLU still making phones like this, which are extremely unusable (as they are so slow)? The display legibility is very poor as well.
