bought one 3 weeks ago and know it keeps stucking on the start up page and if it fully boot to home page after 5 mins it restarts its self and stuck on boot page and wont turn off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
its frustrating because it wont fix.:(

Just bought this for my husbandl Having trouble with sim card and sd card. Inserted them, but phone does not recognize either of them. Can anyone take a pic of how their cards are installed so I can check if mine is correct? Or have a link that has good instructions.

I have issue with the Micro SD card slot. It is very tight and extremely hard to insert. I ended up damaged it. Amazon gave me a replacement; but the new one is the same. I was extremely careful the second time. But now I made it in, I don't know how I can take it out if I want.

I have Pure Talk for phone service. I put the SIM in this new phone and it comes up AT&T but won't connect to service. It does recognize my SIM card, phone #, etc. just an X for the bars indicating no signal available. Not Pure Talk's issue; the SIM works fine in my old phone. Has to be with this BLU phone. How can I find support?

I Got Mine In Toronto Canada here from Moblicity Wireless ,
there Services is 3G But for $20 More you can get the 4G services it just came out for them to use the Phones Can use the setting's but the Services 611 has to walk you through the setting\s after they confirm you're with them but checking out you're info with them.
but you need 2 Phones a Landline or second phone to walk you through the setting's to make sure you turn the feature on for a 4G faster service.
the store where I bought it from should of known this and Any Cell Phone Internet Provider shoukd when you set it up to make sure "ALL:" FEATURES work not just turn it ON And the add a few thing's and let you figoure out the rest else. the Teathering Between Laabtop or a PC USB Connection Might not work as mine didn't .

the 4G is new To Them as the Store rep had Indicated to me but ROGERS BELL TELLUS Already have the 4G.
this should been EXPLAINED before I Bought the phone even though they are Cheaper them most phones the 3G keeps cutting out and Dropping calls not a good thing when you're trying to make calls and you're talking on it and it it cut's of cause you hold it close to you're face ,
