AnonD-699105, 10 Sep 2017Please does anyone have an idea of how to remove the back c... moreReasonable question ! I too was puzzled, particularly since the "quick guide" has virtually no meaningful info in it. But -- look at the side of the fone which has the on/off button and the volume button. Over at the left corner is a thin notch. Very carefully, place a small thin screwdriver in the notch, and twist very gently. The black top will start to pop off; very carefully work the screwdriver blade around the perimeter of the black top until the top slips off. Then you can insert the battery and SIM card. Then carefully snap the top back into place. Good luck.

Please does anyone have an idea of how to remove the back cover of the phone set? It would appear the manufacturer forgot this important item as this wasn't included in guide/manual.

I think it's great. Just getting mine. All depends on your requirements. In my case it has to be very small (even smaller would be great but they dont make thos eyet), acceptable battery and performance balance (1 day is just fine), good audio quality (I heard some samsung really suck), no network locking or other trickery, so all in all this looks a pretty good option and I can buy one for backup as well still way under horrendous $$$ prices those guys charge over at samsung and co
