Why do the pictures look like the phone has a front facing camera? Or is that just me?

The side of the phone kinda looked like the side of the Sony Ericsson Cedar (J108) at first.

where is this phone come from? what is the origine of this brand?
if the price is resonable i think the brilliant model is a very good mobile phone. also who knows the targeted market for this brand?
