It's nice the brand blu actually made a removable battery which is a good feature I wish more models of of phones had however smartphone avoid the 1gb Modal as it's specs are below what I would consider usable in even basic web browsing
All you need is the SIM with Lifeline. Buy a two-years-old used high performance phone on eBay and put that SIM from that Lifeline carrier into the high performance phone and be done with that free spyware tracker from Blu.
Beware!!! This is the worst phoone I've ever had to use. Yes it's a gov phone. In my area cell one sells this "up grade" for a 16 g and 2 g ram for an additional $20.00. They shouldn't even give it away it's so worthless...
