As is obvious from many comments here, this phone has problems using SD cards, whether for installing apps or for storing data (mp3, podcasts, books, etc). This is adding insult to injury since it comes with so little internal storage to begin with -

Hi all, I NEED SOME HELP PLZ!!! (I honestly believe this is the WORST phone ever.)I've been using my Blu Dash 3.5 for 1 month. Within that time I was able to use WiFi at home and now my phone can no longer connect to WiFi. Technicians can't seem to figure it out. HELP PLZ!!!!!!

I cant hear during calls on my blu dash 3.5 unless the phone is on loud speaker or i am using headphones. Any ideas why?

i am frustrated because i tried sending via bluetooth a song to my 3.5 advance blu phone and when i try to retreive it, the message is that cannot download or some shit like that

Hello amazon if it dosent work keep your packing intact and return it timely for a refund.the money you paid is workable money no reason u shouldn't get a workable phone in return.Semper Fi , keep tryi g till u get one that works.amazon is built on cs use it.dont dive in shallow water.

I just bought this phone. I was happy until I tried to download music which is one of the main things I need it for work. Have inserted SD card. Can't transfer music and pics I don't have the option to click usb storage and would like any insight on to what the heck is wrong the instruction manual is useless. Thanks in advance.

I have a BLU dash 3.5 which I bought last december, I downloaded candy crush and it was working great until the phone cut off 1 day I was playing the game now every time I try installing it back on the phone it keeps telling me insufficient space but my memory card has alot of free space....could you please help me out :(

I've had my blue dash 3.5 dual sim since December last year and I placed a memory card (4 gig) which I used on my old blu. Everything was fine till recently my phone kept un mounting my SD card. At first I thought I caught a virus so I cleaned the phone and the card but it still does it. I just for the fourth time today had to format the SD card. This is getting frustrating help me out. Should I get rid of the card?
