my phone speaker kicks in and won't allow me privacy when speaking to persons. what should I do to solve this problem ??

I would not recommend this phone to anyone. I had it less than a year and it has problems with charging. I tried several different cords and it didn't change anything. Spend your money on something else!!

That is a common problem often solved by going in to the Android operating system and resetting it. Get a PDF manual and read all about it.

My BLU 4.0 will not pass rebooting. Sometimes it makes the sound some times it doesn't,I already tried resetting it more than once and it still will not come on. What can I do ? Somebody help me please.

i bought this phone to use in the Caribbean. The phone was very good for a week. Suddenly the phone shut down and never was able to use again. The battery is 100%. Please someone tell me what to do, if you have a same or similar problem. Thanks

For screenshot hold lower volume button and power button down together till the camera snaps.

It won't let me take screenshots on my phone. I have tried the power button and volume and the power button and home. I just can't figure out how to screenshot. Is there any settings for this? I wish there was. Then I wouldn't have to make this stupid complaint.
