mohi, 02 Jun 2017To move apps to sd card you need class 10 uhs-1 or uhs-3 sd... moreMy Blu dash m2 phone is not responding when apps are been sent to it or when trying to download something on it it keeps on saying file generation when sending something to it and when downloading it says code error and I need to use trouble shooting and when I follow all the steps it still fails to install and my storage is enough to install the app.How can this problem be fixed.

To move apps to sd card you need class 10 uhs-1 or uhs-3 sdhc/sdxc card type and use it as internal storage ( only on android marshmallow ) , you can't move apps until you do so.

mary, 19 Mar 2017nothing is wrong with mine whats wrong with yours Its not moving apps to SD card, no 4g hspa, no app works properly and dey just stop working and Did I mention all apps from play store , not even one, cannot be moved to my SD card, what a shame it's good looking fone but definitely not a smart one, Thanx Blu . From Pretoria, Gauteng South Africa. Never will I buy another Blu fone, never again.

AnonD-665584, 29 Apr 2017I was having the same problem. you can either get a new sd ... moreBlu Dash-G I had low storage message that wouldn't disappear until I placed SD card in and then performed hard reset (wipe all user data) , then made card default write disk and as low storage message appears I had to move downloaded apps to card to get rid of low storage message, working great

Leeka, 27 Apr 2017Apps can only be stored on internal memory and that's fooli... moreI was having the same problem. you can either get a new sd card or you will have to format your current sd. When setting up your sd card click on use as internal storage which will ask you to Erase & Format again click yes then you will be able to move apps and picture. Also too be able to save like your music pic etc.. after formatting click on move data to new storage now .
