Hey, look for the letter's I and O on the keyboard and use these to adjust the volume. If u did look, u would notice that they have a + and - sign on them

Its the button somewhere on the right-hand side of the keypad, the 1st row of buttons, you'll see the + and - symbol on one of the letters on the keypad :)
