        where do I find firmware for my BLU Elite 3.8, because he's waging I make and receive calls when the screen goes off and does not turn over so tightening "dial" or "Answer" ai have to remove the battery to run it again. How do I solve this, what is the solution for this according to the store where you bought is defective batch??
        Help me!!
