BLU Energy X2 has 2 models E050 U and L. The U does NOT have the 2100 band on which many countries provide G3.(Has only 1900).
If your model is U - relax! You will NEVER get G3.
The model is visible when you remove the battery.
PS On the first line here, ->Networks, ->Technology, pull down Expand and see for yourself.

And if you enable this mode , You can access unlockin with 3 finger
