    more cheap Chinese junk, have had all kinds of issues with this phone, same as others. Now it takes forever to charge, bought new chargers and cables, was saying 2 days till full charge and now it wont take a charge at all and can't see how to get battery out or open phone at all. This phone was a gift, instruction manual is on phone but no good if it won't charge :( can't find any help, only many other people having issues :(

      I just bought the Grand Max and I'm already regretting it. I'm having some to the same problems I see everyone else is having. It won't let me delete pictures, I can't use the 16GB SD card I have in the phone and already all of my internal memory is used up. I'm will be returning this phone to get another Samsung phone. THIS PHONE IS GARBAGE.

        I can't believe I'm having the same problem as everyone here... and I bought a 32GB SD card for nothing.

I'm seeing all my photos in Google photos, but wen I try deleting stuff that I no longer want that are on my sd card it says that photos can't delete stuff that have been saved on the sd card. However I can delete them from my gallery. My question is WHERE IS THE GALLERY in this phone.

                I also have the same problem. You have to get one in the play-store.
                I also can't seem to find the possibility to put my apps on the SD card.

                  Just got one of the Blu grand max ,but I don't see any gallery, I can't see my pictures.😒 So I need to know where to find it so I can see my pictures again. That's my problem now.
