Hey recently purchased dis phone, was working great until it fell n the screen cracked now my tactile on lower half of d screen is gone. Anyone know where i can get d screen replaced locally asap

I bought this phone a couple weeks ago and it is very good. Fast processor, great looking screen and long battery life. My main concern with this phone is the speaker. Mine makes a frying noise everytime sound come out. I have to turn the volume all the way up to hear it properly. Has this happened to anyone?

hey I wanted to know what app I can download for music I just got this phone and every time I try and download I get this message "package file was not signed correctly" I dnt know what that even means..

I bought ah life 8 two days ago and it crash.I was down load in the offline mode for my dictionary app and it jus went black.It not power in up for not in.Doh matter wat u do like remove battery,Sim card put in charger nothing!!!It not even in show in it charging.Nun of those tings etc is working.Wat has happened there???????Wat cause dat to happen

Google spflash tool blue life 8 . your gonna need the scatter file which can be found on Google+. Be prepared you will lose your imei so back it up with mtk mobile uncle tools or mtk droids tool .

Does anyone know how to downgrade the BLU Life 8's OS? The latest update from 11/26/2014 screwed up my phone.

Overally this phone is by far d greatest version of the Blu series..my frens all ask me wat type of phone this is & when i say a BLU they doubt me..upgradeable to 4.4.2 kit kat, octacore processor, 8mp camera rear with bright flash & 6GB internal useable memory, no trouble so far & i been using it almost 4 months now

I find your manual to be woefully short of information. Even going online does not add much to the information. Some of us oldsters are technologically challenged and need the manual to guide us. If we were to ask the questions we need answers for you would find us annoying

There is a blu store called Big tree Mobile in Half Way Tree in Jamaica you can go there and order all the latest blu phones there and d prices r affordable

I purchased a life blue 8 a couple weeks ago. (2 weeks ago) and I downloaded go locker...recently I can slide over to my messages on my screen and it will go to my messages or call log, but when I unlock it to go to home screen its just black. what do I do
