Anonymous, 10 Apr 2016Every time I try to copy video to my phone from my pc it sa... moreon windows always receive this message, the OS identifies the smartphone like old mp3 players with support some formats do not listen to the message and pass your videos, you will not have problems to play on your phone, I recommend a player with support for more 100 different video formats is wondershare.

Every time I try to copy video to my phone from my pc it says that the .3gp and .mp4 formats can't be copied because they're not supported by the phone. Anybody know the exact specifications of media formats this phone needs?

i also have the life x 8 and it was just fine till 5months later it starts to freez constantly
and this is my second blu phone!!!im just goin to stay with samsang!!!plz dont buy a blu phone product.
