I have this BLU Life One X (2016). It was a gift from my father and was given to me 1st week of April. It works well until this day, I was using the phone watching a videos in facebook when suddenly my phone turns white and black strips and hung. I turned it off immediately and when i opened it strips were still there and i can't view my phone anymore. All I see is black and white strips. I haven't dropped it nor bumped it to anything. I handled it with care. The only wrong thing I did was I overcharged my phone twice already. I am from Philippines and I don't know where can I fix this because according to my researchers the phone isn't available here because my dad bought it from america. Is it a LCD problem or what? Is it worst? Can we still fix my phone? I really love this phone tho :( HELP!

I have this phone. Blue Life One X 2016. This was bought a months ago and yes it functions perfectly. But, today. I was just watching a funny video from facebook and it went black and white. Then i turned it off. When i opened it red, green and blue flashes yet in stripes then went black and white again. No scratch and never been fallen from the ground or what. Then this happened. Is it a LCD problem? :( i really need your answer. I took good care of it and the only bad thing i did was i over charged it once but it was last last last week ago. :( what should i do? I am here in the Philippines and we don't have any Blu store here to see and fix my phone

Pros:
- Screen is amazing
- UI is fast and snappy with Google Now launcher
Cons:
- charges really slow
- Bluetooth for music is horrible without A2DP

BLU promised us Marshmallow by end of January. I am happy with the phone but never buy any phone banking on promises.

tikk, 11 Mar 2016that didnt work been trying days to change to a custom ring... moreIt sounds like you didn't choose your "SD card" as your phone's "Preferred install location". However, if that fails, try the opposite, use "Phone storage" and see if it works transferring the ringtone.
