I got this phone two weeks now and.... This is a fantastic phone!!!
High end features for a mid range price.
Long battery life, fine display, dual sim!
Well done Blu.... I think this phone would really catch on. A big step up from the studio...
Best value for money phone I ever bought!

I have Galaxy S3 mini for 6 months and still,
but I could not resist that one really, I have the life view for one week, this phone is amazing & smooth in every aspect. on top of all , is the battery which stands for 2 days full for moderate use with Wifi on,
I believe that life view is the flag ship of BLU , not the life pure, just when compare both batteries , no matter about little higher proces.or little higher screen, smartphones needs power most.

bought it a few days ago and these are my opinions:
Likes
1. Larger screen, better hold for typing an play games
2. Slim with some weight suits my grip
3. 12mp rear camera, 5mp front
4. 16gb internal with otg enable a bonus
5. 2600mah battery
6. Quadcore 1.2ghz
7. Jelly bean 4.2
8. Gorilla glass
9. Hspa = 4G
10. Noise cancellation calls
11. Hotspot that works.
12. Responsive capacitive LCD screen. No lag.
13. No physical home button, what's the point in having a capacitive touchscreen when there's a physical button.
14. Smart gesture settings act like a GS4
15. Internet browsing is a breeze
Dislikes
1. Non-customisable proprietary UI launcher but downloadable from playstore, non-customisable taskbar menu.
2. Camera only works in strong lit area, too much noise photo captures, bad low light and night captures, laggy and incompatible with most cam improvement app.
3. Speakers not loud enough but can edit personal ringtone with audacity.
4. No option to disable or silent the default phone notification settings.
5. Pixelated youtube though can set to hd in settings resulting to buffer.
6. No aftermarket protective casing available.
7. Stiff power button.
8. Chrome and youtube not preinstalled but can be downloaded from playstore consume more sd card storage.
9. No hotspot icon on taskbar but downloadable from playstore.
10. Typos like promixy instead of proximity in smart gesture settings menu.
11. Whacky screen touch n swipe during a charge, maybe due to low quality plug and/or cable
Conclusion
A basic oversize touchscreen android phone with some extra specs built-in to make it work quicker. There are other brands with lower specs and cheaper or same priced, produce better photos, sound clarity, app compatible; customisable settings and taskbar and proprietary UI.
Verdict
Entry level fast processing phablet with otg, great for internet browsing, playing games and typing notes, not for the camera and music junkies.

I am using myphone iceberg for a month or less..i can say that this phone is very nice and battery life is good..i also have my sony xperia z but i like this myphone iceberg better for its wide and HD screen..good for watching videos and games..this smartphone can compete over those expensive phones out there..it is wiser to buy this unexpensive one with almost the same aspec of those high end phones..it is not practical to invest too much money for gudgets especially when you know that they always release new phone units..you buy this phone then after a few month another come out and your phone is old..think of it...be smart..this smartphone is gorgeous..it is unbeatable..it is really worth buying.

I bought one from Negrielectronics and it never turned on out the box. Had to pay for shipping back to the US from Canada 80$ that they did not cover. Now to make matters worst I have to wait another week because they sent me a new unit by ground and not the next day shipping I originally paid for. Very disappointed .

Yes there is no microSD card yet their ebay retail page claims there is one, I'd avoid this phone the company clearly doesn't care about honesty

The BLU Life View is already available to the USA market. I have the phone and I can assure you that it does not have a MICRO SD slot. The phone only comes with internal memory. If you want to find out anything about BLU Phones just email service@bluproducts.com.
