Chica , 20 May 2023Is anyone else having problems paying the 11$ fee?I too had issues with paying my $11 fee. Not sure what's up or if anything will happen. I feel for you not knowing bc I'm in same spot.

Shay, 28 Aug 2023No SIM card sent with this. No one is ever available to tal... moreI use it with the federal subsidy so I don't have access to all of its features. When the "tech" installed the Sim he didn't tell me the tablet would not be able to use Hotmail so I had to create a Gmail account. I gave him the wrong email and he had to reconfigure my account. I later discovered that the Sim slot is no longer accesible and if possible I would like to get it fixed do I can add a memory removable memory card.
What is the maximum capacity memory card compatible with this tablet? Are there any memory cards that are incompatible with this tablet?

Got this as "new", but it only worked for a couple of days on the original charge. After 1st charge it stopped working. Couldn't turn it on...dead as a doornail. Returned it!

Well I to got it 11 dollars at a event. Worked great foe what I was doing on it. Drove 1600 plus miles across states and I can say it was great to have internet. It had very little to no buffing and it never dropped out of service on me in any state. But the screen cracked and I can't enter my directional log in. And 3 plus months I'm waiting for a replacement. Last checked it was still sitting in the warehouse. I purchased one out of pocket and now the sim won't connect to the internet service. I got to to go job training. Well at least the sim that came with the table has active working sim that is connected to internet service. Yeah but for how long? And now its not connect to my acp account right? And this company is had to connect with and get little to no help.

KG, 28 May 2023I really like it. All the tools and buttons work. The case ... moreYou may being waiting a long while my screen cracked not the protector the screen and I can't enter my password. Weird that this is the only think I know that don't work with cracked screen. Anyway o put in for a new one maybe 3 and a half months ago. And when I called to check she said it was ordered yet it had not left the warehouse. Now at coming up on I believe 4th month. Still nothing. It took me forever to figure out who to call in the first place. Now they call and text to make sure I still want to keep the service. It's been broke since January. (Great way to use funds wisely.) Now that I've purchased one on my own ( same one) the stupid sim won't connect to the internet ! But the sim that come with it does. Oh yeah, they tell you, oh just take the sim out and put it in another device. We'll it didn't fit in the other devices I had. So I pray 🙏 you get better service and speed than I did

I really like it. All the tools and buttons work. The case to it is insufficient. I dropped on the floor halvwas on a fluffy rug, the other on tile. The case doesn't come up high enough on sides to protect a face drop. I would like to know if I can have a replacement for the one I have? I dropped it once and I can't see screen anymore.

As a tablet, it works as expected, but as a phone - not at all. Contacts show up, but there is no number pad or any method to dial a non listed name. I'm not paying anything, so I'll just enjoy having a tablet for games and some internet use and maybe as a reader for older books.

I would say it’s bearly been 3 weeks with the free tablet I started noticing it not wanting to turn on I would have to reset it all the time n now it’s starting to pop open ? Can I call a customer service or something to get a new one ? Please let me know
