You open the sim compartment up and then just push on the simple card with something like tweezers and it pops out. You put it back in by push also. I just figured this out. You can also order a stylus for this tablet from Amazon which has a sim tool built in.

I received mine yesterday through fed ex. The sim card was already installed but it will not work . I go through government plan and it says my sim will not read. It also didn't come with a tray for the sim. When I looked in it the person left the plastic around the sim and inserted it so I don't know what to do . At least my wifi from other phone works for it .

I guess all of these issues have been fixed , because I also have an iPad Pro besides this 1 as well and and I love this tablet. Each of my young daughters have a iPad and they both ask constantly to use this tablet, so I am lost why everyone, has all these all these issues

Had I paid any cash to get this tablet I'd be so angry and dissatisfied I'd have to take it back. They might as well just said " you like YouTube videos on a bigger device screen with not many mobile games at all compatible? Well we got you covered". Lol Am I lying?

ALSO IF YOU ARE USING A POWER STRIP OR AN EXTENSION CORD IT COULD BE BAD. THEY SOMETIMES DO GO BAD AND THEY CAN SEND TOO MUCH VOLTAGE THROUGH YOUR CHARGER IN THIS COULD CAUSE PROBLEMS WITH YOUR COMPUTERS OR PHONES OR TABLETS.

SO IT IS WISE TO BE CAREFUL ABOUT WHAT CHARGER FOR POWER STRIP OR EXTENSION CORD YOU USE.

DO SOME SEARCHES ON REASONS THAT YOU COULD BE HAVING PROBLEMS.

IS ALSO GOOD TO LET SOMEONE CHECK IT OUT WHO HAS A LOT OF EXPERIENCE WITH ELECTRONICS OR GADGETS SOMEONE WHO'S VERY GOOD WITH PHONES AND LAPTOPS AND TABLETS THERE ARE ALSO TOOLS WHERE SOMEONE COULD ATTACH TO A COUPLE OF THE PORTS ON YOUR TABLET AND CHECK OUT THE PROBLEM. INSTEAD OF PAYING SOMEONE WHO ROBS THE POOR TO DO THIS you could possibly buy or rent a cheap tool for research on how to do a few things yourself.

You can buy cheap tool sets to replace screens and digitizers and batteries but it would be wise to do some research and watch many videos and even get some throwaway devices which are worthless to practice on especially if they are similar to the device which you actually want to change a battery in or change the screen on. That way you will be less likely to mess something up when you do it. But it's a lot cheaper to change your own batteries rather than paying someone $100 just to open up your device because so called non-changeable batteries can be changed in most devices although it does avoid the warranty and such but if you have a cheap device this doesn't matter.

You should also learn how to shop on AliExpress or banggood. You can buy many things cheaper on there including rugged smartphones made by manufacturers such as BLACKVIEW, UMIDIGI, OUKITEL, AMG, ULEFONE, and HOTWAV.

BLACKVIRW OSCAL S60 PRO or the OUKITEL WP20 can be found on websites like AliExpress and banggood for only $120 while you find them in America being sold for up to $200. And you can sometimes find them on Alibaba even cheaper. You can find them for around $90 sometimes on alibaba. But Alibaba is mostly a wholesale site but you can set your search parameters for only one item which means you are required to buy only one item because some sellers will sell only one item. You must also be careful when you are searching on these sites to make sure you select other area version or global version so it will work in the united states. Do not pick the Russia or EU version. You also should make sure you pick a device with 4G or 5G broadband and not 3G because 3G broadband devices don't work in the US any longer. And some of the sites still sell 3G devices. Also if you see something which says 5G it may be 5G Wi-Fi which is misleading. Be sure also to talk to your seller about whether or not they think you should lower the price of your value you may have to ask them to lower the value of your package so when it reaches US customs they will not tax it and hold it. I don't know what the rate is but if customs think you are buying something for a lot they will tax it and hold it but they won't do it if it's cheap. And you should talk to the side administrator and your seller. If your seller is selling items by a certain manufacturer maybe you should contact that manufacturer and see if the seller is a legitimate distributor. There may be individuals who are selling cheaper but you have to check their seller's reputation. You can select parameters in your search to make sure you have buyer insurance and seller confirmation validation.

You can also buy BLACKBIRW BV8800 OR BL8800 for around $200 or $250 on AliExpress or alibaba. Please go for twice as much in america. And they are even better than the ones I mentioned above which sell for around $100. The OUKITEL RT1 rugged 10-in tablet can be found now for under $170 on Alibaba if you set your search parameters properly. And it is probably under $200 now on aliexpress. These are still selling for over $300 in America and they may drop even more now that the rt2 tablet has come out. And that rt2 tablet debuted for about $240 on aliexpress. Win a new device premieres on AliExpress it is sold at a very cheap rate so if you get one of the devices from one of the manufacturers of the rugged phones I mentioned then if you buy it during his premier phase you can better believe you can make at least 50% more by marking it up in America. Easily.

BLACKVIEW and TECLAST and. ALLDOCUBE make some great tablets which are a lot better for the dollar than Samsung or ipad.

You can also buy other things on banggood and AliExpress and Alibaba. Remember Alibaba is mostly a wholesale site so you will have to set your search parameters for only one or two items and if you select one item then that means you will have to buy only one item but some of the sellers are most of the sellers will have prices to where you will pay a certain amount if you buy only one item but you will buy many and you will get a different price. Two other websites which are wholesale sites but which do have some single item sellers are MadeInChina and Global Source.

Besides also have cases and screen protectors and batteries and battery changing kits for many devices. If you can't find a case or a shockproof case for the device which you have you can research the dimensions of the device you have. And then you can find a more popular device with the same dimensions we're very similar dimensions and you might be able to use a case or screen protector which was made for a more popular device. But if you're going to use a case for a different device it will have to be at least as long and as wide and as thick as the device which you have and it can maybe be one to 3 mm longer or wider or thicker. If your device does not fit snugly you can wedge it in with some double-sided tape and you can use maybe thin sheets of t-shirt. Make sure that your device cannot come out even if it's shaking and if you are going to use a screen protector made for a different device you may want to find a device which is a millimeter or a few millimeters narrower or shorter then the device which you have.
